Structured Living - Shared Responsibility - Stable Environment
Kasaco homes operate under clearly defined community standards. These guidelines ensure safety, respect, cleanliness, and long-term stability for every member.
Community Conduct
Members must treat one another with respect at all times.

Harassment, intimidation, threats, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

All members must comply with applicable laws and established house standards.

Mutual respect is expected in all shared areas.
Move-In Process
All members must complete required documentation prior to occupancy.

Bed and room assignments are determined by Kasaco.

Assigned spaces may not be changed, swapped, or shared without written approval.

Orientation and house expectations are reviewed upon move-in.
Assigned Beds & Room Use

Bed assignments are structured and managed by Kasaco.

Members may not block access to assigned occupants.

Management may access areas for safety, maintenance, inspections, or operational needs.
Cleanliness & Shared Responsibilities
A clean environment supports stability and respect.

Members are responsible for maintaining their assigned sleeping areas.

Shared spaces must be cleaned immediately after use.

Rotating cleaning schedules may be assigned.
Kitchen & Food Standards

Assigned dishwasher systems may be implemented.

Dishes must be cleaned after each use.

Full meals are to be prepared in designated common areas only.

All food must be labeled.

Food storage is limited to designated areas.
Laundry Guidelines

Posted laundry schedules must be followed.

Machines must be cleaned after use.

Members are responsible for providing their own laundry supplies.

Personal items may not be stored in laundry areas.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours promote rest and stability.

Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Friday – Saturday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Excessive noise during quiet hours is not permitted.
Guests
To maintain safety and structure:

Guests are permitted only during approved hours.

Guests are not allowed in sleeping areas.

Overnight guests are not permitted.

Residents are responsible for guest conduct.
Safety & Property Use

Tampering with safety equipment or security systems is prohibited.

Unauthorized appliances are not permitted.

Personal belongings may not be stored in common areas.
