How Placement Works

Kasaco follows a structured placement process designed to ensure program fit, safety, and long-term housing stability for all members.

1. Join The Waitlist

Interested individuals begin by submitting the Kasaco Waitlist Form.

This allows our team to track interest and notify qualified applicants when availability opens.

(Waitlist submission does not guarantee placement.)

2. Application Invitation

When beds become available, individuals on the waitlist may be invited to complete a full housing application.

The application allows us to review:

• housing history
• employment or income
• program fit
• shared living readiness

3.Screening Call

After reviewing the application, our team schedules a brief screening call.

During this conversation we:

• explain Kasaco house standards
• review shared living expectations
• answer questions
• confirm program fit

4. Background & Verification

Applicants who move forward may complete standard background and identity verification.

This step helps ensure a safe and stable household environment for all members.

5. Placement & Move-In

Approved applicants may be offered placement when beds become available.

Once placement is confirmed, residents receive:

• move-in instructions
• house guidelines
• orientation details
